The Candidate Status is not Changing after Processing the Hire

The candidate after Moving to HR and Converting to Employee, the status still shows 'HR - Processing in Progress' instead of showing 'HR -Processed'.

The candidate after Moving to HR and Converting to Employee, the status still remains as 'HR - Processing in Progress'. Once the conversion to an employee is done, then the status is expected to show as 'HR - Processed'. This did not happen for a specific case.
The 'Complete the Recruiting Process' is running regularly and also ran it manually to check if it refreshes the status but no change was seen.
This is not occurring for all candidates. Currently, we have seen this for every few candidates.
