Absence Validation formula not working as expected

Hi,


I have created an absence validation formula, which ideally should be returning Valid ='N' but it is letting the employee apply for the leave, and when I run the evaluate absences process, as per the logs the value for Valid ='N' and it has an error "The absence doesn't satisfy the validation formula criteria associated with this absence type."


Why is the system not throwing the error at the time of application of the leave?


The requirement is that the employee should not be able to apply for leaves for more than 3 work schedule days.
