Moving Croatia to EURO without Global Transfer
Summary:
Dechra have not created a new legal Entity in Croatia, but have created a new Salary Basis for existing employees under the current LE, to store salaries in EUR. No employees hold all salary data in HRK anymore, as Dechra have closed down the HRK salary basis, connected to the existing LE.
As currency conversion and payroll is not calculated in Oracle HCM Fusion and they have no future plans to use payroll in HCM either, they just want to be able to record employee Salary in EUR.
So by just changing the salary basis Dechra was able to meet their requirement and so Dechra are looking to change the currency to EUR on Croatia LDG itself.
