My workforce is split between US based employees who access the Learning Center using SSO through our employee facing HRMS.
The other half are contractors, non-employees, and International employees who access through the web. I inherited this 2008 Learn.com set-up and the password rules aren't exactly "secure" - no complexity, etc.
Updating the security options won't affect my SSO users (I don't think ), but wouldn't updating cause all of my other users to update their passwords? If it automatically does this, that's great. But generally, I don't find anything in my system to be "automatic" or "flip a switch" prone.
