Ok, so that's my problem:You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment


Then, I got really mad about it because it didn't happen during my year-plus free trial, but just a week after I upgraded to a paid user. I spent a day studying Oracle's user agreement and can confirm that I have done nothing wrong.


I tried asking Oracle Support for help, but all they could do was repeat the robot-like answer over and over: We can't restore your account, and we can't tell you why.
