Configure name attributes as non editable for employees only

The requirement from business is to display all the name fields as read only for employee except the Preferred Name attribute. For HR Specialist, all name attributes should be editable. What expression can be used in Page Composer for restricting read only functionality for certain name attributes only for employee and not for HR specialist.
