Enable Filters on My Learning Experiences Page

Summary:

We just launched Oracle Learn and in our Dev Environment we have 4 filters on the My Learning Experiences Page, but in Production we are only seeing 1 filter. Is there a security role or configuration we need to complete to get these filters to all populate?
