Notification detail is not shown In Talent Profile Approval

When employees add there previous employment (experience), the details is not shown in the notification message when the Approver tries to check it.

As you see in the below screenshot it is showing us an empty page and also the edit button is not available. (After the profile options too for the Edit button)
