Talent Review Meeting the ‘Move Workers’ functionality is not operating as expected

All NEW ‘Potential’ ratings are defaulting to ‘Medium – Strong’ even when changed / updated

All NEW ‘Performance’ ratings are defaulting to ‘Good Performance’ even when changed / updated

In addition, when selecting one person to be moved the behavior of the move workers pop up is not consistent – initially it will contain the person you selected then when they are moved and you go back to the holding area to select another person the pop up will display the previous person that was moved as well as the person just selected. The issue here is that as the defaults for Potentials and Performance are not aligned to where the person is currently the Facilitator could accidently click save and close which would revert the previous person and
