How Oracle HCM Cloud Licenses Are Considered

Hey guys,

Could you please let me know which criteria are taken into account for counting Oracle HCM Cloud Licenses used in each module?

For example: Active Users, Users with certain role etc... what else.

For the modules:

core

performance

Learning

Compensation

Recruiting
