do we have option to grant permission to update single Lookup only

Content (required):

for example, user can use API call ...us.oraclecloud.com/ic/api/integration/v1/lookups/mylookup1 and has permission to update only yhis lookup

attempt to use API us.oraclecloud.com/ic/api/integration/v1/lookups/mylookup2 will trigger 403 "forbidden" error
