Task Manager - Possible to create End User Integration so that user must run rule?

Summary:

I would like to create a few tasks that require the user to go in and run a predefined rule for the task instead of the system automatically running at a specified day/time. Is this possible?

I've tried creating an End User integration using the FCCS Connection and specified "EPM Artifact" as a Parameter, but this does not seem to work - it does not provide any sort of drop-down list to select an artifact. Ideally, the task would have a pre-selected business rule attached to it - the user would simply have to execute it as part of the task
