How to default values in Action Reason field on the Convert Pending Worker page?

Content (required):

When we auto convert Pending workers through the auto convert schedule process, the action reason field is left blank. We are looking for a way to populate the action reason field (FYI - there is only one value in the dropdown LOV for each action).

Autocomplete feature too does not support this requirement.
