Redwood Learning Experience: My Team Learning not showing results

Summary:

I have configured the new Redwood Learning Experience using the 23B congifuration guide:

However on the Team Learning page when logged in as a manager, it displays no data, looking as if the manager does not have direct reports when they have a large number of reports. Please see attached screenshot
