Deleting a Free Tier Tenancy is stuck at 33% for months

Hello,

can you help us to delete a tenant and our whole account at Oracle free tier, please? No one was able to help us from the live chat support, and they referred us to the forum.

What can we do to get this done? It's frustrating not to be able to finish such a trivial task and not be able to get any help from the support :(
