Cloud Time and Labor - Timecard stuck in Submitted Status

Summary:

Hello.

Please can anyone advise as to why a Timecard, once Submitted, and then 'Approved' by selecting and clicking the 'Approve' button in the 'Team Time Cards' screen, still remains in Status 'Submitted'?
