Summary:

For the first time, we need to create a project and task organization that is not an HCM department. I need Oracle's help in answering the following questions..

Content (required):

Q1 - to create a Project and Task Organization, do we still need to create it first in Workforce Structure/Manage departments?

Q2 - Manage Organization Hierarchies and Classifications is always set to None. Is there an impact on existing organizations if we set it to 'HCM Organization Hierarchy Tree Structure'?

In summary, we want to understand the difference in configuring a project organization that is also an HCM department, VS. a project organization (not an HCM department).
