Summary:

We tried configuring Webex in OLC for VILT. But we were not able to proceed as couldn't get through configure External Provider as Webex. Received the following error:

Authentication Server can't generate a valid session ticket;

WEBEX-030048; Authentication Server can't generate a valid session ticket

Webex responded:

The XML APIs do not support username and password authentication when SSO is enabled since verifying credentials is actually handled by your SSO provider and not Webex. A possible work around would be creating an external admin in your Webex org, so it doesn't go through your SSO provider, and then use that external admin to authenticate your API requests/that integration.
