Update ARC via Data Management

Content (required):

Can ARC facilitates Multiple GL uploads for a day that will not allow data duplication? Currently we can only do one GL upload as if more than one is done per day the data will be duplicated. Is there a flag or a setting that will flag data already imported so as to exclude them from the next upload into ARC?

Please advise on how to accomplish this task.
