Hi Experts, 

Is there an option to calculate Seniority for Hourly employees based on a custom logic. 

For eg. Employee John hired on 1-1-2018 as a Hourly worker, 40 hours per week. John is eligible for 5 types of leaves viz. A, B, C, D and E

Customer business rules state Seniority = Hours worked + A, B, C Hours taken included + D, E Hours Taken excluded. 

I would like to know if I can leverage the "Hours Conversion Formula" to write a custom FF which does the math of the absences and calculates the seniority?
