Filter condition on the Atom feed URL - Possibility

Need to filter the atom feed URL based on the condition in the URL . Is it possible?

I want to filter the atom feed URL based on the condition, by providing the condition in the atom feed URL . Is it posssible to do so? I can see that conditions can be provided in the URLs for REST APIs , but not for atom feeds.

For Ex:

In the above newhire atom feed, I want to restrict the result based on the WorkerType. I need only EMP. What condition should I put in the URL so that I get only EMP (Something like
