Approval for DFF

Summary:

We are trying to configure a approval rule and we need to send it for approval whenever there is a change in the fields as well. When some of those fields are changed, for example effective date, then it should be sent for approval again and for a DFF.. when the value in the DFF changed then also approval should be requested. We can send it for approval for each value it is getting changed to, for example if it is changed to x then a approval rule and then if it is changed to Y then another rule etc..,
