Need to restrict the project name creation to below 40 characters in CRM module

Summary:

We are working on one report name called stock inward and outward register report. In the application level project names are coming from CRM Module (CX Module). CX Team creates project names using more than 40 characters. But in our reports, we have a limitation of 40 characters only. We need restriction on these as we are having multiple issues with this.
