Is there a way to not Hard code Legal Employer Name in HCM approvals

How to avoid using the Legal Employer name in approval If condition. we want to use Code as Legal employer Name can change.

I am using

Task.payload.Requestor's Assignment.result.Legal Employer is "ABC employer"

then

List Builder....

I want to use internal Id or code so we can change the Legal employer name with out changing Approval Flow condition.
