How to edit LOV Bank Account in Payment Details in Create Bills Receivable Page?

I need to edit the LOV of Bank Account in Create Bills Receivable Page.

For example I need to disable one bank account and add another bank account. Where I can do this?

I try to add a bank account in Customer Site but it doesn't work.
