BI publisher for Demand Plan custom measures.

Hi all, please I would thank for any help with the following.

We need the query below this Demand Plan screens.

Example 2.


We have noticed some tables below are dynamic generated (eg. in our case msc_data_3_dyd and msc_data_4_dyd) , also some column names.

Please, can anyone help to get this data in BI Publisher shown with a query or the way to get this info.

We have noticed also, some columns for some measures are expressions, so any help to translate to query will be helpful.
