Last Year Ratings are shown in current Talent Review

Hi All,

We came across below two issues when talent review meetings were set up.

Issue 1: If employee did not complete the performance document by the time talent review meeting is set up, the talent review page is pulling last year's data

Issue 2: If employee did not complete the performance document by the time talent review meeting is created but completed by the time the talent review is conducted, it still shows the employee previous year's data.

Can someone help me understand this issue
