How to create report to show all Match types and the associated rules, adjustments, write-off's, etc

Summary: We manually maintain an excel spreadsheet with all out different match types and the associated rules, adjustments, reclass, write-off's etc so that our end users can have a single stop report to view all attributes/configurations related to a specific match rule.

We would like to be able to create a report so that this can be an extract directly from Oracle.
