How to allow to book 120days as full days and remaining 30days as 60half days.

We have a requirement to create a new absence type and absence plan (Qualification Plan) and the requirement is, maximum total of days of absence – 150 days. here employee should book 120days as as full days and remaining 30days as 60 half days.

Requirement: The requested would be for the fathers that use these type of modality, to use 120 full calendar days (booking on the existing absence) and the split the remaining 30 calendar days (maximum total of days of absence – 150 days) in 60 calendar half days.
