Scheduling of Flex Forms

Summary:

I'd like to hear about experience of using the Flex Forms. We understand that Flex Forms are executed sequentially, i.e. if two forms were submitted at approximately the same time, the one that was submitted later would have to wait for the first one submitted earlier to finish to start processing.

During this time the user will have his/her Excel hanging, without knowing what's going on. If first form takes 10-15 minutes to submit - that's 10-15 minutes for the user not being able to use Excel.

How do you solve this problem? Do you have any formal or informal coordination between the Flex Forms users, or do you have some tools that help the users see if there are other Flex Forms being executed, so they'd not submit theirs until the previous one completes the submission?
