My instance disappeared

My tenancy name is jejehne . I had an instance running for a while and it was running fine for a couple of months. Today the instance was shutdown and is now completely gone. I would like to restore this instance since it has a lot of data i was using. I don't know why my instance was shut down or what i could have done to prevent this. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Can you please help me? The main problem is that I dont see any boot volumes so my data is gonne . Is there is
