Is there any guide or documentation on how to create Alerts from Alerts Composer?

I want to create an alert 3 days before the Collaborator that his assigned learning is about to start from the Alerts Composer tool in Oracle Learning Cloud.

when I am going to create a customized alert I have 3 fields to declare, the filters, templates and execution options, in the filters section, I need an orientation of which are the resources and corresponding expressions to configure an alert where it warns 3 days before to the Collaborator that his assigned learning is about to start from Alerts Composer.
