How to create relationship between Party (Org) & account to create account level contact points?

Summary:

We are trying to create customer (org,account & profile) into SAAS using Rest API via OIC.

Content (required):

We have followed the recommended approach to create ERP cloud customer using integration (https://www.ateam-oracle.com/post/a-simple-guide-to-erp-cloud-customer-creation-through-integration) and able to create Organization,Customer Account , Account Site , Account profile & Site profiles. But , there are few more fields to be filled like Organization contacts , Account level contact points etc. Also , we need to create relationships between Organization & Account at the very first level. We need guidance to achieve this on urgent basis.
