Unable to access Visual Builder to edit Connections page

Hi,

We want to see if we can extend Connections functionality to check if we can add any badges or something on similar lines.

On Connections page , we clicked on Edit page in Visual builder which ended up on a blank page; it also triggered email to user to verify the email , however upon clicking on verification link -the page showed message as 'You are not a member of this organization. Please contact an administrator for access.'

I have application developer and application administrator roles.

Is there anything else needed for this? What are we missing here?
