How to manage Resource(s) data security when identifying Resources in HR Helpdesk?
"Resources” are identified through Other>Resource Directory>Tasks>Identify Resources. Once a resource is identified in the system they can work on allocated service requests. We are implementing Helpdesk and have multiple Legal entities in our enterprise structure.
In “Assigned to” field we are looking for a workaround to restrict this data for resources in such a way that resources of only one legal entity can view their own resource(s) within their legal entity and can only assign the SR to resource within that LE. Please suggest a possible solution for this scenario? Currently a resource can see all (multiple Legal entities) the resources identified in the system.
