how can I get correct seniority date when multiple seniority dates are there for a person in OTBI

I am reporting from Workforce Goals - Goal Status Overview Real Time and Workforce Management - Person Seniority Real Time. When I have Seniority Date showing, there are multiple rows shown but I want only one row. Can anyone help?
