How to assign sourcing rule based on a postal code range from the shipping address?

We have requirement to assign sourcing rules on order line based on the postal code of the shipping address. For example if postal code is in the range 00100 to 00299 then rule A to be assigned, if the postal code is in the range 00300 to 00599 then rule B to be assigned. Is there a way to set this up using regions and zones or otherwise? Appreciate if any documentation around it could be shared.
