Enable Context Sensitive Contract Header DFFs in OTBI

Summary:

We have setup and deployed both Global and Context Sensitive DFFs on Contract Header.

The Global Segments appear in OTBI (e.g. for selection in an Analysis object), but the Context Sensitive Segments do not appear.

Checking for these fields in OTBI "Enterprise Contracts - Contracts Real Time" Subject Area under the Contract Header Details folder.

The BI Enabled flags are selected on the Context Sensitive Segments, and we have run the "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence" ESS Job for both CRM and ERP job parameters.

How can we expose these to OTBI?
