Feasibility of Salary Update using Run Spreadsheet Data Loader Task in Oracle

Summary: My Client Group > Show More> Run Spreadsheet Data Loader

Content (required): This loader can be used to upload element entries, that can be leveraged for loading Individual Compensation. However, we need to upload salaries using the same task, unsure how we can do a mass update of salaries. Any alternative approach or best practice is welcome.
