Security in application composer

Hello,
I made an object using the application composer
In Oracle docs it’s writing-
Owner and Owner Management Chain.
So like it was written I go to Security
Select the create
In Read, I select Read all
But in Update I don’t find the Owner and Owner Management Chain.
What do I need to do to provide the request of my client?
