Can we add custom Error message for a Field in Document of Record

Hi,

Can we add a Custom Error Message (a message defined in Manager Messages) for a Field in Document Of Record.

Idea here is to Create a Segment in DFF of DOR(PER_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD_DFF) named "Passport Number Available", then we will define a SQL as Default Type, we will add a SQL to check if the query is fetching the data for the Person, if no data is fetched we want to display a Custom error message.
