Not able to locate Oracle Learning Task List or Tasks in Implementation Project to track

Not able to locate Oracle Learning Task List or Tasks in Implementation Project

Content (required):

I created Implementation Project with Workforce Deployment and Workforce Development Offerings. Oracle Learning Module is part of either of these two modules. But in Implementation Project not able to see Tasks or Task List of Learning Modules like Content, Course, Specialization, Learning Catalog, Learning Community etc. Could you please let me know where can I find these tasks in Implementation Project.
