How can setup Generate Movement Request bettween Inventory ORG to MFG plant ORG automatic

In our scenario, we have 5 Inventory Organizations that have their own sub inventory

Our MFG Org create standard work order but the material was in another Inventory org how can generate the request for that inventory org and move the material to our plant Org?

Our process is described as this

1- Create the work order

2-Release and pick material

3-Request generate to own sub inventory = BATCHEO

4-BATCHEO needs material for Dried raw material inventory ORG

5-From BATCHEO the MFG gets the inventory and start the process step by step

6-MFG finish and send you to finish good material to Dried finish good Inventory org
