Export from Review Completed Transactions show an JBO-25060 error at end of file

When exporting/downloading from the Review Completed Transactions page, an error appears at end of Excel file and it appears that all results aren't included. Error states "Export is incomplete due to error JBO-25060: Unexpected error encountered while trying to retrieve the next row from JDBC ResultSet for collection InventoryTransactionDetailVO_84274974InventoryTransactionDetail1__AllRows__Finder__internal__." What could cause this and how could it be fixed?

I got issues with "Review Completed Transactions". I use this report a lot. However, yesterday, when I downloaded this report for period 04/27/22 – 04/27/23, under “Transaction Type” column, “Sales Order Issue” didn’t show. Later in the day, after I tried so many times, “Sales Order Issue” finally showed. However, today, I found that for some part numbers, “Sales Order Issue” is missing, which caused my data inaccurate.
