Enabling custom button in homepage based on EL

Hello experts,

we are creating custom button in homepage that can be accessed by role.

We used the following EL to make visible that button #{securityContext.userInRole['H_RECRUITING_AGENT']}.

H_RECRUITING_AGENT Role Category has been created as "HCM - Job Roles".

However, after publishing our sandbox, the custom button is not visible yet.

What could it depend on?
