Manage Organization Trees + Area of Responsibility - New Values are not showing when updating AoR

Hello guys,

I have edited the values within the Manage Organization Trees, however when I go to the Area of Responsibility to update an AoR record, within the 'Top Organization' field the new values are not showing up.

Do you have any idea if I am missing any step?
