EPMAutomate Run Businessrule not take rtp parameter which Hire in the rule

We have a business rule has some hidden rtp which will take parameter from the form context, when run this run from epmautomate, these hidden rtp not take from the parameter list.

When run one business rule use Epmautomate runbusinessrule command, we has some rtp parameter in the rule is hide. For example Year, this will take the year from the form when user run it. But when we run the rule from epmautomate,  the Year parameter is not taken from the parameter list (see below), the default value for Year is FY18, when run the rule, we set the parameter Year=FY19, but this value not pick by the rule, when run it, still using FY18. This is not expected. Any one can help? thanks alot.
