How to increase negotiation attachments' file size limit?

If there is a need to upload large files as attachments to a negotiation but currently your system is not supporting it, then you can increase the default value set to profile option 'FND_FILE_UPLOAD_MAX_SIZE' which controls the file size.

This option is not sourcing specific and will impact all products you are using.

Cloud customers need to log SR with cloud ops team to change the value of this option
