Advice: BPA Cleansing/Control

Hi Experts

We have a BPA has 1301 lines in total, of which 621 have expired. When the user have to manage the BPA all 1304 lines are displayed but only 6 are shown at once. When you scroll down the list struggles to display the next BPA lines and says "fetching data" and after a pause it then displays the next lines underneath.

We just want to know the best house keeping practice for BPA's. Is there a way to removed canceled/expired lines from the current BPA or is it best practice to export the BPA lines then remove any cancelled and expired lines and upload to a new BPA?
