Not receiving email notification after creating delegation request.
Summary:
If a manager creates delegation from Me>Roles and delegation to delegate their approval to another person. The delegated user should receive a notification that someone created an approval delegation rule.
But the notification is not getting triggered for us.
We have checked the BPM for that approval task and notifications are enabled.
As anyone faced this issue before.
Content (required):
Delegate Your Approvals (oracle.com) - Oracle Doc which says the notification will be triggered.
